PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

OPTION 1: A FRESH START £175

Contains:

  • 5x1 hour Personal Training sessions.
  • Training record plan.

Objectives: Learn the correct exercises for your body type with your specific goal in mind. Functional corrective exercises will be introduced but all programs will feature strength , cardiovascular and flexibility work. Particularly suitable for those ladies and gentleman new to exercise.

Requirements: The will and commitment to exercising on a regular basis in order to see results.


OPTION 2: THE IMPROVERS £325

Contains:

  • 10 x1 hour Personal Training sessions.
  • Training record plan.

Objectives: Within 10 sessions we will see improvement across all areas of fitness i.e. strength, endurance and flexibility. Again exercises will all be based on your training goals and body type. Training methods to help you progress to the next level will be introduced.

Requirements: A great sense of determination to achieve your goals and the commitment to exercise on a regular basis.


OPTION 3: THE PROFESSIONALS £325

Contains:

  • 10 x1 hour Personal Training sessions.
  • Training record plan.

Objectives: An exercise program designed to augment your chosen sport whether it be Netball, Skiing, Tennis or a 5km fun run. Again all programs will feature elements of strength ,cardio and flexibility the degree of which depends on chosen sport.

Requirements: A desire to improve and a strong sense of commitment and dedication to your chosen sport or event.


OPTION 4: PURE PILATES £350

Contains:

  • 10x1 hour Personal Training sessions.
  • Training record plan.
  • A Pilates magic circle. (gift)

Objectives: Improve or begin your pilates practice with the aid of the pilates ring and other gadgets designed to advance your pilates practice. Again all programs are goal orientated target areas ranging from upper and lower body to flexibility and posture.

Requirements : To be able to focus and concentrate to establish proper form.


OPTION 5: BUSTED £600

Contains:

  • 20x1 hour Personal Training sessions.
  • Training record plan.
  • A Pedometer. (gift)

Objectives: A program designed to help those on the quest to reduce body fat and achieve their weight loss targets. The program will feature lots of work with weights, fixed and free and cardio sessions.

Requirements: Two 1 hour personal training sessions must be taken weekly and in addition attendance of either a gym session or an aerobic class. Clients will be encouraged to incorporate active living into their lifestyle.


OPTION 6: THE GOOD FOOD GUIDE £105

Contains:

  • 3x1 hour Personal Seminars.
  • Literature.

Objectives : Three one hour personal seminars relating to issues specifically concerning exercise nutrition. Topics such as ;What to eat before and after an exercise session, Food labels what do they mean, Fats, Proteins, Carbohydrates how much should we be eating and Hydration will be covered. A thorough examination of ladies own eating habits with the use of food diaries.

Requirements: Three food diaries running from Thursday to Saturday where Thursday to Saturday represents one food diary. Clients must be honest when recording their diaries for examination otherwise the exercise is pointless.


OPTION 7: RECOVERY £275

Contains:

  • 10x1 hour Personal Training sessions
  • Training record plan.

Objectives: For those Clients exercising for medical reasons. Whether it be knee pain, the management of lower back pain or a asthmatic patient I will endeavour to help by prescribing a specific exercise program taking these factors intoconsideration.

Requirements: To be patient and exercise regularly with moderation to see if exercise can help their ailments.


OPTION 8: THE ONE OFF £40

Contains:

  • One 1 hour Personal training session.
  • Training record plan.

Objectives: A goal orientated one hour personal training session.

Requirements: To be willing and attentive to benefit from a singular session.
