Activities Of The Month
Did you know that depending on intensity, walking can burn up to 3kcal/per minute which not only means it's a great fat burner but it can also lead to increased muscle tone? During all the activities below you will do loads of walking in a social setting and it won't feel like exercise at all. We are in the middle of winter now and with the festive excess of christmas and new year over once again we may be feeling the after effects of all our indulgences.
