Activities Of The Month
Did you know that depending on intensity, walking can burn up to 3kcal/per minute which not only means it's a great fat burner but it can also lead to increased muscle tone? During all the activities below you will do loads of walking in a social setting and it won't feel like exercise at all. So what are you waiting for, check out events I've chosen for May, email me at Papaya Health & Body with events you would like me to feature but remember they must have an activity focus.
The summer is here so this months activities features loads of outdoor pursuits some of which are a bit leisurely with a sporty focus. Anyway slap on the sunscreen and the sunglasses and protect yourself from the harmful rays of the sun and prepare for a long eventful summer. |
