MISSION STATEMENT
The ethos behind my training sessions is to make exercise fun and enjoyable and therefore a state of being which the client wants to revisit. I want them to think of sessions not as a chore but more as an outlet to release tension and thus help to alleviate the stresses and strains in their lives.
The aim is also to help the client to view each session as their little 'me time' away from the rigours of modern day living, when they can take charge and recharge their bodies for the coming days.
