DIONNE'S STYLE
Well I am definitely not a 'shouty shouty' personal trainer but more of a solid informer. I use visualisations, give strong statements and praise to motivate my clients to stay focused. I am definitely an educator and try and put straight any myths you may have picked up about exercise. Emphasis is not only on giving you a tailored program but on making exercise fun so you have motivation to not only meet but exceed your goals.

I encourage clients to play music of their own choice throughout the session, smile when the going gets tough and to give feedback as to how they felt each session went whether it be positive or negatives. Generally speaking I encourage cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility work within one program as all of these dynamics constitute fitness and can be improved. As to goal setting one must never loose sight of them, break them down into mini goals and then the long term goal will become achievable.
